Is there a nutritional or other difference between calf liver andbeef liver?

Also, what about buffalo liver (organic, free range, grassfed)?How would this compare to calf and beef liver?
I would think that calf liver might have fewer toxins sincethey haven’t lived long enough for their livers to becometo toxic? Nutrition wise, don’t know if I have ever seenany comparisons.
